Great post. Could not agree more, — Its most definitely not about tooling. And Developers should not be treated like outsiders of so-called ‘DevOps Team’. We’re all in this together. DevOps title was arbitrary applied from Release Managers to System Engineers and has become a gimmic search tag for engineers who work within viscinity of [any] release process. That is all.
